Our premium support package has been designed to keep things simple for our customers. We have set prices for annual support on PC’s, laptops and servers. Our Premium support package include remote support, onsite support, all parts and labour – all included in the one price.
We agree an annual subscription fee and there are no hidden costs. When you sign up to a premium support agreement with Corvus Systems you will be allocated a dedicated account manager and a dedicated technician. This is beneficial for you as both your account manager and your technician will know your network inside and out. This saves you having to explain things over and over again to different people.

Benefits of Premium Support
If your hardware breaks down our target on-site response time will be setup at the start of your support agreement. This includes all parts and labour. Should a PC, server or laptop go down and we cannot repair it on-site we will provide you with loan equipment until we get yours back up and running.
If you are having computer problems, or if you’re simply stuck because you are unsure how to do something i.e. the correct formula to use in Microsoft Excel, we will dial into your computer remotely to assist you. Remote support is usually fairly instant from when you request it however our official target response time is 2 working hours. You may make as many requests as you like for remote support at no extra cost.
On the very rare occasion that we are unable to assist you remotely we will of course come to your site. We will get to you as soon as humanly possible but we will set up a targeted response time for your company at the start of the support agreement. You may make as many requests as you like for on-site support at no extra cost.
24/7 Remote Monitoring
We proactively monitor your entire network 24/7. Should a problem arise our systems will notify us immediately – usually before you even realise there is a problem! This helps avoid system downtime.
Annual Hardware Spring Clean
As we are supporting your hardware and offering parts and labour included in the price it is in our best interests to make sure your PC’s, laptops and servers are all running at the optimum temperature. On every contract renewal (and on an initial sign up) we will open up all of your PC’s and servers, take out the heatsinks and dust filters and give everything a physical clean out. This helps avoid things overheating.
Dedicated Technician and Account Manager
As you are allocated a dedicated account manager and a dedicated technician you nearly always speak to the same people at Corvus Systems. When you speak to the same people on a regular basis it is only natural that over time you get to know each other. We also understand that if we were to give a bad service our customers would no longer wish to do business with us. Therefore it is totally in our best interest to ensure that we provide you with the best level of service as possible.
If a piece of your equipment fails, we can offer you a piece of loan equipment, to keep things running while we repair the item that has failed. This gives you piece of mind.
